Jason Garrison

Quote Jason helped us get an unheard of deal on a complicated 40 acre land purchase in Sonoma County. He was instrumental in helping us understand the volumes of easements and disclosures. We couldn't have done it without him.Quote

- Ted Wilson
First time property owner

"Jason did the leg work and found us a great parcel of country property with views and water for the perfect price. While there was already a buyer ahead of us he managed to get us into escrow and then helped us negotiate a cash discount on the purchase price at closing."

-S. Miller
Monte Cristo CA

Jason has called San Francisco home for 14 years and currently resides in Noe Valley. He owns investment properties in California and Louisiana and is a licensed real estate broker.

As a real estate broker and investor, he continues to support environmental causes by donating a portion of his commissions to environmental/social programs. In addition, Jason tries to incorporate Green Building practices in construction/remodel ventures to minimize their potential impact on the environment.

Hobbies: Jason enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends in the Russian River area of Sonoma County. As a long time musician, Jason still finds time to occasionally perform in clubs with his band JLA where he sings and plays guitar.

Words from Jason: "I think I bring a fresh perspective to the real estate industry in that I have a B.S. in Environmental Science and over 15 years of project management experience in both private industry and government sectors. This background has provided me with the analytical skills necessary to identify good investment opportunities for my clients while still allowing me to be an advocate for the environment.

"At Garrison Realty & Investments we cater to both investors and traditional residential buyer/seller markets. As an active investor, I understand the importance of assessing an individual’s personal and financial goals. Are you looking for your first home purchase; a long-term investment property with predictable income; a vacation property/2nd home; or maybe a “fixer” property that you can remodel and flip within a year. Regardless of your desires, my job is to always find the best opportunities in the market to meet your needs.

"
Often I hear people say 'I can’t afford to invest in the Bay Area Real Estate Market.' One of the ways (and there are many others) to overcome this obstacle is to establish an investment group of individuals with similar financial goals and expectations. I can help you identify a suitable investment property and assist the group to form a Limited Liability Company (LLC) for the venture. Forming an LLC allows individuals to contribute smaller cash investments and also minimizes the risks and liability to the individual investor. Please contact me should you desire to learn more about real estate investment strategies in this challenging environment."
